DMIMS-ENPRENDIA in collaboration with INSTITUTIONAL FORUM FOR WOMEN (IFFW), DMIMS (DU) had conducted a GENDER EQUALITY WORKSHOP for all the Teaching and nonteaching staff of Sharad Pawar Dental College and Hospital, Wardha, Maharashtra on date: 07/10/2022 from 2.00pm to 3.00 pm.
The Speakers for the Gender Equality Workshop were:

2. Dr Mrunal Meshram, Assistant Professor, Dept of Oral Medicine and Radiology
3. Dr Suwarna Dangore Professor, Dept of Oral Medicine and Radiology
4. Mrs. Sharmila Parihar, Chief Administrative Officer, Sharad Pawar Dental College, Wardha Dr.Mrunal Meshram who is the teacher member of DMIMS-ENPRENDIA was invited as speaker during Gender Equality Workshop. She had talked about the Gender Equality - Its Concept and its Implementation in Institute. Dr.Swati Patil explained about the working mechanism of Intitutional Forum for Women at DMIMS University. Dr.Suwarna Dangore presented “Vishakha Guidelines” Mrs.Sharmila Parihar explained about the “Legal Aspects in Gender Equality” The event was accompanied by pretest and posttest.
